Commission Terms of Service

Note that I have the right to update my terms at any time without warning. It is the commissioner's job to keep up to date on my terms and conditions before ordering art from me.→ This T.o.S applies to all past, future, and present commissions. You must be 18 years old or older to commission me.

Conduct & process

→ I have the right to decline any commission. I may decline commissions for a few reasons, whether that be improper treatment, refusal to follow the T.o.S, or if your commission or character is too complicated or falls outside of what I am willing to draw.→ Your commission may take anywhere 1-2 months to be completed at most. However, occasionally larger commissions may take longer than this time frame. You may ask for updates, but those who badger or harass me will have their commission stopped and refunded. Keep in mind that there may not always be an update!→ All characters must have a visual reference. I will not work from descriptions or moodboards unless it is for a custom design. If you are basing your commission off of a photo, know that colors may not be completely accurate. All references must be SFW (safe for work).

payment & refunds

**→ ** Payment is only accepted through Paypal. All prices will be listed in USD and the commissioner is expected to pay the USD equivalent of their countrie's currency.→ Payment will be requested upfront. The minimum downpayment on a commission is half of the full price. If a commission is not paid for within a week of ordering, then the commission will be cancelled. For larger commissions, please ask about payment plans!→ A full refund may be requested under the following conditions:
- If the art has not been started within 6 months
- If the customer requests a refund during the sketching phase
- If the commission is declined and/or scrapped by the artist.→ A partial refund may be requested under the following conditions:
- If the art is in the lineart or coloring stage (30% refund)* Note that tips are not included in the refund price.After a cancellation or refund of your commission, you are not authorized to use the work in any way, shape, or form. Refunds will not be given after the art is complete.→ Upcharges may come in the form of:
- Commissions with a certain deadline
- Commissions with complex characters** Complexity of characters maye depend on colors (5+), gradients, patterns, or accessories such as horns or jewelry

use

→ Art by me is never allowed to be used commerically, as NFTs (non-fungible tokens), cryptocurrency, or other blockchain-related technologies current or made in the future by commissioners or third-parties.→ Do not remove my signature from pieces.→ Commissions may only be used for personal use. This includes adding to character galleries or for use as profile pictures or banners. Art may not be reuploaded onto other sites such as Instagram/TikTok/Twitter/etc.
